Shipping policy

At Justotebags, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers across India.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, deliveries typically take 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a handling fee of ₹100, shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Partners We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier-side logistics issues beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders Our courier partner makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after all attempts, or if a COD order is refused at the doorstep, the shipment is returned to us. Since no payment is collected on undelivered COD orders, no refund applies in these cases — see our Refund Policy for details.

Lost Shipments If an order isn't delivered or returned to us within 30 days of dispatch, it's treated as lost. Contact us at justotebags@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
